Why is being ‘sensitive’ or emotional seen as such an undesirable trait and something that makes women with SUCCESSFUL businesses and careers feel INFERIOR?
As women who communication assertively with emotion, we are often made to feel like this means we aren’t ‘good’ at being assertive. If the person the other end doesn’t hear you, understand you or respond in a favourable manner then you didn’t communicate well enough… right?
In this episode I am going to explain WHY this isn’t true. We will cover:
