Are you looking for tips to help keep your kids safe online?

If so, this episode is for you!

We are joined by Officer Gomez, a School Resource Officer in Idaho who dedicates his time to providing parents information that they need to navigate today's kids and schools.

He answers social media safety questions, including the best way to keep your kids safe online.

He also explains the importance of instilling values within our children, and helping them recognize their worth.

We also talk about vaping, and the health dangers that go along with this.

We also talked about the incredible organization in our community that is helping to instill worth and values within our youth, Know Your Worth Collaborative.

You can learn more about some of the youth in our community that are involved in this collaborative as well as their own by listening to the episodes linked below!
