Welcome to this guided meditation session for deep sleep and lucid dream stimulation. I would like you to start by ensuring that you’re in a comfortable position. Whether you’re laying down or sitting up just make sure your body is in a place where it may reach optimal levels of peace. Don’t worry. Sleep hypnosis is safe and if you need to wake up for any reason, you will be able to do so. You will be perfectly at ease here in this time of inner stillness.
This is your time to rest and recover and potentially explore another realm. A realm where anything is possible. One where you can fly, float, or even slowly fall into a deep relaxing state where you can watch energy form and reform in your subconscious cosmos. You are going to drift into a peaceful place that you create. Just remember that throughout this journey you are in control and I serve only as a mere guide leading you to that which you desire.
