Kate Ferlic is the managing partner at the law firm of Egolf, Ferlic, Martinez and Harwood in Santa Fe, New Mexico. An experienced litigator, Kate focuses her practice on cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, equal pay for women, whistleblower actions, and civil rights.

Prior to founding of Egolf, Ferlic, Martinez and Harwood in 2010, Kate was an attorney with the Legislative Counsel Service, she served as general counsel for the New Mexico Economic Development Department, and she served as special counsel for litigation for The Honorable Governor Bill Richardson.

Kate is a 1999 graduate of Georgetown University and a 2006 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. Kate is also a commissioner on the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women.
