Jeff Struck, GRI, ACP, CIPS is an active commercial real estate broker in Central Florida, as well as an investor and business owner. He actually owns three (3) businesses that are connected to the real estate market so when he talks about market cycles and the commercial real estate industry, he has a unique advantage seeing demand ramping up and down. He also works with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Greater Orlando.
Jeff touches on the apartment, self-storage, office, medical office, and industrial markets where he takes listings, handles sales and leasing of property. He serves several of these markets through the business acquired in 2021 in Sanford, FL called Craftwork Carpentry and Millwork as well. Jeff said he is quoting $3-4M/month in work related to cabinetry and millwork and is looking to hire in May/June 2024.
