This week’s episode is about how we can change our paradigm, our perspective of how we see the world, how we make sense of it all.

I speak to the idea of a story versus a fact and I also speak to the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies, whether we are body shaming ourselves or we take in other people’s body shaming of us. And how stories in general have so much impact in our lives and can create connections and understanding, by knowing someone's story.

I also speak to the invaluable work of the Maester Byron Katie, whom I respect so much and love dearly, even though I have never met her, I see her and hear her.

She teaches us how to live our best lives through her work on what she calls “The Work”.
I also speak to the relevant work of the Maester Stephen Covey who helps us with living our best lives.
These two Maesters guide us and give us tangible lessons we can put into practice to lose what is weighing us down and help us to live our best lives.
I also welcome you to reach out to me on an area you need help in. You can reach me at fina@projectweightloss.org
As with all my episodes I recommend that you consult your doctor or clinician on any food or Mental health needs.

Let’s go, let’s get it done.
