In this episode I unpack the emotion of anger as an emotion that we inevitably will feel and could be on the other end of the manifestation of this emotion.

I speak to value that comes from being in awareness of this emotion, because this emotion can create an incredible amount of energy, energy that if is not harnessed can lead us to regret our actions from this emotion.

I also speak to the importance of having self-care when we are on the other side of this emotion understanding that we have the fundamental right to be whole and we are worthy of love and compassion.
And the understanding that we can afford ourselves grace throughout the processing of this emotion.
And I leave you with the ultimate Maester’s words when it comes to emotions, Brene Brown, from her book Atlas of the Heart:
“Anger is a catalyst. It’s an emotion that we need to transform into something life-giving: courage, love, change, compassion and justice.”
