This podcast talks about the concept of taking care of yourself and at the same time to help many other humans that are struggling. It is an inner eco-system that we have but it rarely used or even knowing it exists. Spirit gives numerous examples of how effective it is when we use this inner world and how it helps so many people. Check this out for sure.

Tony channels spirit to introduce this beautiful technique to help others without little or no physical efforts but the understanding of photosynthesis as an analogy to create your own way of dealing with trauma.
