My guests include Bacarra Mauldin, Interim CEO of MATA. She is the first Black female to head the transit organization. She speaks to me about the significance of being selected to this position as well as the challenges and her vision for the future. Mack Weaver has been with the Memphis in May organization for over 25 years, and was recently named the new President and CEO. After a challenging year he shares how he will guide the organization into its next chapter. Finally, Kadesha Gordon is a life-long Catholic who loves education. She now serves as the first Black female principal of Immaculate Conception Cathedral School in its over 100 year history. She talks to me about the role and how they are looking to change the face of education with a new program.
