Financial wellness programs have historically been created based on the goals, needs, and aspirations of the cultural majority, but what happens as the cultural majority changes? In order to build trust and engage authentically with increasingly diverse workforces, we must track evolving financial priorities and reimagine traditional approaches to financial wellness.

In Episode 2 of the Benefits that BeneFIT podcast, Nancy Kwan, Head of Financial Wellness, joins Katie Riley, Director of Thought Leadership, and Sarah Raposo, Director of Behavioral Research at Fidelity Investments.
