Our Unbound Gravel series continues this week, we chat with the 3rd place Men’s Paracycling finishers, and blind tandem team Tyler Epstein, of the Ty Rides YouTube Channel, and Tim Hornik. After only riding together 4 times prior to Unbound, the duo took on the challenge, with Tyler as the captain and Tim working as stoker.
We chat about developing trust between a sighted captain and blind stoker, accessibility issues in the bike community for blind athletes, and share some really fun stories.
