In this episode, Justin joins the crew at Caspian Studios to tak marketing lessons from Survivor. Together, they talk about repeating your winning formula, creating a distribution plan, and staying true to who you are.

What B2B Companies Can Learn From Survivor:

  • Repeat your winning formula. Be consistent over time with the things that have proven successful.
  • Have a plan for distribution of your content before creating the content itself. It goes back to consistency. Be able to consistently deliver value to the audience on those channels. Understand how much content do you actually need? And then reverse engineering back to that.
  • Stay true to who you are. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Keep your core values at the center of your content.
