Career outreach: crafting compelling cold messages. In this third episode of my new podcast mini series about strategies to optimise your communication for job searching, we discuss how to send messages to connect and meet people who can help you with your job hunt.
Some of you may feel uncomfortable sending cold and outreach messages to people you don’t know, and feel like you come across as very sales-y. While some of you are happy to send the messages, however the way you write them today does not connect and you will be ignored.
