Welcome, dear listeners. Today I’m sharing a heartfelt conversation with author, mentor, and Certified Internal Family Systems Practitioner, Sara Avant Stover.

Sara is the author of three books, including Handbook for the Heartbroken, which was just released this month. She specializes in supporting women to discover and fulfill their true potential at the intersection where entrepreneurship meets personal and spiritual growth.

Together we explore the various thresholds that we find ourselves in while carrying the heavy weight of grief. Sara bravely shares many personal moments in her life that she identifies as heartbreaks, and how each moment of loss led her to a deep sense of self trust and inner truth.

Tune in to learn more about:

  • The power of processing grief through community instead of on our own
  • How moving through dark times can lead to profound personal growth
  • Why it’s important to accept the anger that comes with heartbreak
  • What’s waiting for us on the other side of heartbreak, loss, and grief
