Quitting corporate America in 2015, Courtney decided her passion was going to become her purpose and became a full time yoga instructor.As a former state champion competitive gymnast, Courtney understands the balance between effort and surrender. She wanted to help others learn the importance and benefits of yoga. Making yoga more than just a one-off thing but making it a habit in your life.
