Blue Zones Scottsdale Kick off EventSaturday, Jan 13th at Scottsdale Civic Center from 12-3. Come out to learn more and how you can become a part of the solution to live a healthier, happier life. You can also go and listen to Sarah Kerney’s episode from Dec 19 when she was on to teach us more.
Rock-N-Roll Half MarathonFor all you runners out, no thank you, this weekend is the rock-n-roll half and less. Actually, sign me up for that kids run and I’ll see you down there! AZ Fine Arts ExpoFor all you artists and art collectors, the Fine Arts Expo starts this weekend and runs through March. I actually love this event. You get to see artists in their environment doing what they do best.
