Have you ever thought about how social media affects your productivity, creativity, and overall satisfaction with your business? Perhaps you find yourself wondering if there's a way to strike a better balance with social media when it plays an important role in your business. If so, you are definitely not alone!

As a deeply committed business owner, I've been consistent daily on social media platforms for my business for over three years. But this year, I found myself stuck in a rut. I felt like I needed to unplug completely. Don't post, don't even open ANY social media app. I took three weeks of social media detox that completely changed my relationship with it. This break allowed me to redefine my boundaries, but most importantly, it inspired me to implement more effective systems into my daily and weekly routines.

These changes have become invaluable in protecting my time, energy, and overall mindset as a business owner who relies on social media platforms as a traffic-driving source for my business.
