On Todays episode we welcome Brooke and Colin Smith, two advocates for prenatal care, infant care and assistance duuring pregnancy and infant loss, who speak on their experience with infant loss and the Maternal morbidity rate amongst Black Women. This episode highlighted the way black women are negatively treated by the healthcare system and emphasized the need for fathers to be supportive of their expecting partners during the perinatal period.
