The world deserves a better caliber of man and we must give it to them. But who decides what that caliber is? Take a close look at what your standards are and what you think it looks like to be an embodied and aligned man.

Today Johnny talks about the roots of self-judgement, the flawed views of masculinity perpetuated by the media and our culture, and what you can do you reroute your normal neurological response to meeting your standards. Sometimes we are our harshest critics. It is important to have a high standard for yourself, but that standard should always be achievable and based on your values. Not the values that are placed on you by the media.
