We start off with MLS looking to implement another roster rule in the icon rule, allowing teams to take less of a cap hit for signing players 33 and older. Next we talk about San Diego FC announcing their decision to implement a 6th-12th grade school as part of their academy and discussing if this will force other teams to upgrade their academy as well. Lastly, we wrap things up with the recent decision to allow European teams in leagues like La Liga and the Premier League to come play games in the US. Will this hurt MLS? Will it hurt lower leagues like USL and NISA more?
