In an increasingly interconnected world, global events, such as the conflict in Ukraine and Israel, touch all of our lives. Whether we are directly affected or connected through news media, these events can induce stress, fear, and a sense of helplessness. By drawing on neuroscience, positive psychology, physiology, and cognitive psychology, we can develop strategies to cope with these challenges and even thrive in their midst.

I have received an overwhelming number of calls and emails concerned about the state of the world and the increased stress, anxiety, and worry individuals are experiencing. I hope this podcast provides strategies and needed information to help you navigate the challenges and world events we are all currently experiencing.
