The United States State Department is being sued by a pair of conservative media outlets, along with the state of Texas, for what they perceive as illegal censorship. The lawsuit includes outlets like 'The Federalist' and 'The Daily Wire' who say the State Department uses censorship technology to steer traffic away from their news sites redirecting audiences to sites more favorable to opposing views.

FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Sean Davis, CEO and Co-Founder of 'The Federalist', about the lawsuit and why he thinks it was necessary.
