Burke, a seasoned litigator and probate attorney walks Doyle through the process of how to probate or administer an estate. They discuss the most common questions, including how long the process takes and why it may be necessary in order to sell a piece of property.
Burke takes the opportunity to outline what is needed and who might be necessary to get involved in order to take care of this important process. He and Doyle also discuss ways that the probate process might be avoided through planning for the future.
