The first female commissioner of a Power-5 Conference talks about her passion for athletics, her time in the Pac-12 and watching sports like women's basketball grow over the years, what her first 60 days as comissioner has been like, what road lies ahead for the Pac-12 (soon to be Pac-2), Oregon State and Washington State and how she plans to move forward. She also gives some insight on conversations she's had with student athletes and how she sees college athletics evolving.
