If you’re a coach, consultant, healer, or anyone else who works with clients to change their behavior and achieve their goals, you may feel frustrated that your clients talk about change but don’t consistently follow through or don’t consistently stick with activities that will help them achieve the outcomes they say they want.

As a former corporate trainer this fact used to depress me. I knew people needed support after the seminars they attended taught by me or one of the trainers on my staff. But couldn’t get the company to commit resources to provide that reinforcement and support.

I’ve felt frustrated myself trying to support clients in making changes they said they want. But sending emails and continuously following up with them drained my own resources and eventually wasn’t very effective. So when I first heard about Finish Agent a few years ago I was intrigued and began following it’s founder, Gina Hiatt.

We’ve since become friendly as colleagues will do online and when I launched the show she was always on my short list of people I wanted to talk to.

Gina teaches the Online Group Success System which helps coaches and trainers help clients finally make changes and reach their goals through “Get-It-Done” or “Habit-Formation” groups using her Finish Agent group accountability software. Running groups with high retention rates allows these change agents earn residual income to maximize their profitability.

Gina is a clinical psychologist with a background in groups.

After realizing her clients needed more structure, accountability and community to achieve the goals and make the changes they said they wanted, she created the proprietary membership site software to make her job easier while helping them.

Once she realized other coaches, trainers, and change agents struggled with the same issues, she made her software, which she named Finish Agent, scalable and now licenses her software to others.

Listen in as Gina shares…

  • Why change is so difficult – including the one thing most of us have that holds us back
  • The critical nature of accountability and why most people need it to make changes
  • Things change agents (coaches, consultants, etc) do that inadvertently limit their effectiveness and the achievements of their clients
  • How to leverage and automate accountability to Help clients side-step or work around their inner critic
  • How to differentiate yourself by supporting your clients to get results
