Welcome to The Little Hair Podcast with Comedian Rob Little and Syndicated DJ Hairball John.
John talks about the gym and the people he has to deal with a the fancy gym, but he prefers to go to the "other" gym that is quite different with the polar opposite of clientele. Rob discusses the new gym equipment he bought and transformed his garage into a gym. He is trying to get motivated now and use his new equipment.

Rob discusses the different types of trainers he has had in the past and what type of trainer makes me work the hardest. John has more pressing issues with the type of TP the gyms use and why is it so hard to find the kind you want the most. Rob brings up the glory of using a bidet and John has quite a different approach to it. Rob even has merchandise on his website celebrating his joy of the bidet.
If you use the bathroom at Rob's house there is a Guestbook to sign and leave a comment. John has friends who have another form of guest book in their restroom. When John visits his family he has quite a different restroom he has to use due to his old man's bladder.
