The case of South African athlete Caster Semenya returns to France's European Court of Human Rights. The trial against alleged underworld kingpin Nafiz Modack will continue in the Western Cape High Court. The COSAS Four case has been postponed because of applications the accused have brought challenging the charges of crimes against humanity that they’re facing and challenging the TRC’s decision to refuse them amnesty. The Police ministry and Western Cape SAPS management will host an imbizo in Nyanga. We take the opportunity to ask SAPS about efforts to address crime in CT. There's been an uptick in crime. President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the NHI Bill at the union building.
