Israel’s ICJ response to SA’s legal application: Earlier on Israel’s Tamar Kaplan Tourgeman, principal deputy legal adviser of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs argued that it is Hamas that has brought about all the suffering and pain that the world is witnessing in Gaza. Also accusing South Africa of distorting the facts and not being impartial when dealing with the situation in Gaza. Take a listen to what she had to say…..
To react to this, we are joined by Stanley Cohen, International Human Rights Lawyer. He is going to give us more clarity in terms of why South Africa is asking the International Court of Justice to order an immediate halt to Israel's incursion in the Rafah area of Gaza.
