Welcome to Episode 4 of Season 3 of The R.A.C.E. Podcast. Today I am delighted to be in conversation with Stephanie McLemore Bray, Founder of Touchstone Leadership Group. This conversation is filled with depth and beauty around showing up fully and authentically within the Philanthropic space and beyond. Although we have only been in community a short time, our connection runs deep, and I am truly honored to share the space and this time with Stephanie.
Meet Stephanie McLemore Bray:

Stephanie McLemore Bray has 35+ years of experience working in the government and nonprofit sectors to secure justice, resources, and access to opportunity. She has held leadership roles in higher education, healthcare, and human services organizations. As a fundraiser, she has raised over $300M through annual appeals and capital campaigns.
Stephanie has written about philanthropy and is a frequent lecturer on strategic philanthropy. She serves on the board of Orchid Capital Collective, an impact investing firm centering community-owned solutions to transform birth and reproductive care; Pacific University of Oregon’s advisory committee for the masters in nonprofit leadership program; and the Hurston/Wright Foundation that discovers mentors, and honors black writers. Stephanie is a graduate of Rutgers University’s Douglass College, an institution founded and centered in shaping minds about justice and power. She’s also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management.
