Chris and Will talk to Gillian Gordon about running on the track and strength and conditioning. Gillian manages our Inverness store, and has raced the 400m and 400m hurdles for over a decade, picking up three Scotland vests along the way - outside of her exploits on quarter-mile ovals she has a great interest in gym work, and has amassed a lot of practical knowledge on how to apply this to her running.
