This week on the pod is Josh Methner of the University of Notre Dame!

Josh recently won the Penn Relays Men's 10K with a time of 28:43.53.

Josh Methner has garnered a series of accolades and achievements throughout his running career. Notable highlights include being named an All-American and earning All-ACC honors multiple times in cross country. His senior year saw him achieving Cross Country All-ACC recognition once again, alongside many personal bests.

Not only is Josh a weapon on the track. He is also a weapon in the classroom and is currently getting a major in business analytics.

In our discussion, Josh and I discuss his outdoor season so far, including his 10K at the Penn Relays. We also discuss what Notre Dame is all about and how he balances his rigorous academic load with his running, and much more.
