The Braves ended their homestand 3-3 as they will now head to the west coast for an 11 game road trip, the Cubs finished off the sweep yesterday with an 8-2 win over the Braves. Hugh said "We knew the Cubs were getting hot, and this is going to be a pivotal time whether we will be buyers or sellers. I'm still optimistic that we can put some wins together and keep some of our pivotal pieces at the trade deadline."
The Panthers have replaced Dave Gettleman who the team fired on Monday as they have hired former GM Marty Hurney to be the Interim GM by the team.
