Our energy is so important. It’s one of our most valuable resources for us as humans.

If you have more energy, you have more of life. You can give more energy to your training, work, family, friends and activities you enjoy. And you can be fully engaged in your activities.

Now, the question, I have for you:

If you had 3X more energy, what would you do with that?

How would you feel? How would you show up in your work? How would you talk to others around you? What would you spend your time doing? What results would you see in your life?

We live in a world that celebrates work and activity but ignores renewal and recovery, and fails to recognise that both are needed in harmony to allow high performance.

1. Problems people face with low energy.
2. The 4 forms of energy.
3. How to assess if you are in the red, amber or green zone of energy.
4. Delegating, handing off or asking for support to improve energy.
