He has since started building and renting interesting and unique spaces such as Cabins and Treehouse Rentals, which he considers to be the future of Short Term Rentals/Airbnb.

Airbnb/Vacation Rentals has gone to the “Unique Stay” space, leaning hard into something “Instagrammable” and exciting.
If you can make it work in this interest rate environment— you can make it work anywhere. “Survive to ‘25”.
