In this week’s episode, Caitlin is joined by Nadja. Nadja is a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and a mother to 2 beautiful twin girls. Nadja has over 20 years experience in her field and was the first acupuncturist to be accredited at Sunshine Coast private hospital to provide acupuncture for women in labour. Today, Nadja is here to fill us all with her extensive knowledge in regard to prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum. Nadja emphasises the importance of releasing the pressure we put on ourselves as new mums during our matrescene period. She gives us many tips on how Chinese medicine can help a woman during pregnancy & matrescence, and the benefits of acupuncture in a new or existing mum's journey.
