We're off on an adventure in this week's episode... the adventure that you will experience when you change your expectations.

We "live" according to our expectations: our expectations of ourselves and how the world works. And, for the normally-minded individual, that means that we always live down to our expectations.

And that's not living at all.

And because it's a scientific fact that we only perceive and achieve according to those hard-baked in-build expectations, nothing is ever going to change in your life - until you change those expectations.

First and foremost, you need to experience that the expectations that you have of yourself are wrong. You experience this through meditation. And, indeed, this episode has something of a teeny-tiny masterclass on meditation!

You then need to alter your expectations of how things will work out for you in any situation - this is what normal people call "plans" and "wishes", "goals" and "objectives" - things that the part of your mind that runs your life simply doesn't understand!

In this episode, in the space of a couple of minutes, you're going to learn how to give your mind the expectations that you want of your life, starting straight away.

As an Online Program Owner said to me this week "This is my life, my way" - and that is what this episode is all about.
