Wherever you are in life right now, however you feel about your life or any part of it... it's all of your own making.

Too many people blame someone else for their current perceived predicament: my parents, my siblings, the way I was bullied at school, how I was abused, my boss, "the system".

No! If you feel stuck, stressed, frustrated, fat, thin, an under-achiever... you're to blame, it's your fault.

But, as you'll discover in listening to this week's Episode, actually we're neither talking about fault nor blame, we're talking about responsibility. Responsibility for yourself and your own state of mind.

So, this Episode explores things like: cognitive appraisal, snapshot learning (psychological snapshots), perceived inadequacies and how we make sense (nonsense actually!) of what is going on in the here and now and... react accordingly.

Let's put all that another way: you create your own reality.

With that in mind, we explore how to create the reality that you would love to have - not "want" because want is a construction of the self-same thoughts that create the stagnation that most people experience in their lives.

And we finish with a BIG question. If you create your own reality, which would you prefer: the mayhem created by thought or the reality that you would love to experience? Difficult decision!!
