When we are active, not only do we lead healthier lives, but our energy level increases, mood improves, and we are able to grow our self-esteem and confidence. Although, getting the motivation to exercise can be difficult. Work. Busy schedule. Competing priorities. Fear and Embarrassment. Exhaustion. The list goes on….

It’s not always easy, but now more than ever, is it critical to invest in your health. Furthermore, when we feel good about ourselves, how we interact with others is positively impacted.
