I'm back with a brand new season and an interview with Kyla Crocker! Kyla, resides in Toronto where she works remotely for BOKS as the Coordinator for Central Canada. Kyla and I talk about the leaving small-town Nova Scotia and ending up in a big city, her meditation practice, how she got her current position and dealing with adversity.
