Former Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney spoke at the Norfolk Forum. A three-term member of the House of Representatives from Wyoming, Cheyney rose to the number-three leadership position—Chair of the House Republican Caucus--Until January sixth, 2021 happened. She voted for impeachment over January sixth…and was stripped of her party position, then lost a 20-22 primary race to a candidate supported by former President Trump. She served as Vice Chair of the January sixth committee.
