It is amazing to me how diamonds and gold are valued. They are simply rocks albeit they are very difficult to find. There have been other things of high value in the world and they have one thing in common, there is a limited supply and thus a high price. I’m told that diamond dealers and gold dealers keep prices low by withholding inventory.
