Dr M is just back from the all new retreat Unio, which she is running with her dear friend Pauline Nguyen and co-creator of Ziva Life Collective. Getting out of town was a great reminder of the power of the pause. Getting out of town so you can rest, recharge and recalibrate to check in if your rhythm is heading you in the right direction.
