#59 Do this and you'll be doing yourself a service

If you were a car or something that needs up-keeping to keep it going then you would give it an MOT, a service, a spring clean - wouldn't you?

You're more important than anything so maybe you could consider looking after yourself - you're reading this so that means you know that it's important to learn and grow and to to this you need to keep yourself in shape. Let me share with you some experiences of mine and hopefully inspire you to take time for yourself because you deserve it.

We think we know what's happening to ourselves but when you take time to focus on yourself you can discover so much more about yourself and how to change and grow.. There's also suggestions of how to do this too!
