Coming off of vacation, I was reminded how important it is to recharge your mind, body, and spirit.

But we tend to over complicate the recharge process!

In last week's episode #576 How to Synchronize Your Heart and Your Mind, we chatted about the 6 ways to accomplish this. You must take off your old self to become your best selfie. It's having your hearts and your minds focus of things above, not of earthly things.

To recharge your mind, body, and spirit, there are activities that help. And that one activity is writing.

Allow yourself to see the possibilities before the opportunities even present themselves.

Some famous people you may have heard of (Tony Robbins and Jack Canfield) to name of few talk about writing out your goals. Research shows how writing pen to paper affects the outcomes of achieving your goals.

Ryan Murphy (3-time Gold Medalist Olympic Champion in the 2016 Rio Games) wrote his story in the 3rd grade and illustrated it to his mother.

He said, "I hope to continue swimming like this and become an Olympic swimmer."

Ryan Murphy did just that and even broke the world record split in the Backstroke with relay team Michael Phelps, Nathan Adrian, Cody Miller, and Ryan Murphy.
