In this episode of the I Use To Be FAT Podcast I will be talking about 6 ways to stay motivated while loosing weight. First I give an update on my trip to Universal Studios and how i tried to maintain my eating guidelines.

  2. Occupy your mind
  3. Make new friends associated with your new hobbies and keep up with them
  4. Learn to cook healthy, delicious meals.
  5. Stay off the scale
  6. Be selfish
