In this episode of the "I Use To Be FAT" Podcast I will be talking about things you can do to maintain your eating guidelines while on a dinner date. I also talk about a valentine gift I received last week and how it can benefit those on the weight loss path.

Ratchet belts or "Hole-less" belts can really help those of us with fluctuating waist sizes. No worn out belt holes = nicer looking belts. Check out these affiliate links to get yours
Anson belt - http://amzn.to/2lB2BRg
Mission belt - http://amzn.to/2lARckH

Mug cake recipe! 1 scoop protein powder (I like Syntrax cookies and cream)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 T granulated sweetener of choice
1 large egg OR 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Mix ingredients in a mug or bowl really good. Microwave for 1 minute (play around with the time)
Hint: it taste better undercooked than overcook*
