Allen's camp clapped back saying an extension was offered, but it was an offer asking the star receiver to take a major salary cut. Hortiz also acknowledged the major needs the team has at wide receiver and cornerback, and said he is bullish on the draft class at both positions. The new GM also talked about adding former Ravens to bring the physicality and toughness the team needs and said that new RB Gus Edwards will be the "Bell Cow" back.
