Today's podcast takes us deep as we explore a circulating poem that reflects on surviving the challenges of being 17, a time when everything felt like it could crumble. It got me thinking about my own life at that age, where I was in the grip of an eating disorder, believing there was no way out.

This one's for those who've struggled with control, coping, hopelessness, and the constant need for validation. If that sounds familiar, this episode is dedicated to you.

The Business Mentorship - A 1-1 mentorship with Mallory where you get catered support for exactly what your business needs to reach the goals that are aligned for you. If you are interested I invite you to book a free 40 minute business mentorship call by clicking HERE.
