Dr. Peter Raisanen's story is incredible. After experiencing a near-death traumatic brain injury, he was determined to take his health and healing to the next level. Dr. Peter started implementing a plant-based diet and became fascinated with the powerful effects that fasting has on the body's overall healing abilities. Not only did he fully recover, but shortly after his accident, Dr. Peter rode his bike across the entire country from Washington to Maine, a 4400 mile trek that completely transformed his life.
