Does one person have to be right in an argument, therefore, the other must be wrong?

Do you sometimes struggle with conflicting emotions, believing that if one is true the other must be false?

Binary or polarized thinking (believing there are two opposite sides, and you can only pick one) leads to an either/or mentality that can keep you stuck. The reality is that life is full of paradox, and two emotions, viewpoints, and ideas can coexist.

On this “Strong Mind, Strong Body,” join host Angie Miller on this special episode where you’ll journey into the gray areas and embrace both/and thinking. Both/and thinking recognizes that two things can be true at once, leading to less conflict and less judgement toward yourself and others. Both/and thinking frees you from mental constraints and invites you into mindset that is positive and accepting.
